A Promoter and Managing Director of iAxis, Chinmay has over 20 years of multi-industry experience and is currently providing leadership to telecommunications and information technology business of iAxis. His core expertise lies in building Organizations and Teams and towards this end, he has demonstrated consistently the skills of Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management, Management of Change, Start up initiatives and Business Operations in large, medium and small scale industries spanning across Avionics, Food Processing, Packaging, Consumer Durables and Telecom / IT sectors.

Gotety Venkata Rama Nagaraju
A Promoter Director of iAxis, Venkat has more than 14 years of experience in the architecture, design, development, implementation and management of telecommunication and software industries. He has conceived and implemented many "firsts", innovative solutions in Telecom domain across different geographies. Amongst others, he has designed and developed innovative Mediation and Prepaid Roaming Systems. His conception of the Prepaid Billing System led to the introduction of "first ever" Prepaid Roaming Platform in India for wireless telephony. He provides the technology vision to the Company.

Sukanta Naskar
Sukanta Naskar leads iAxis initiatives in key technologies for IT Service Industry.
Sukanta has more than 10 years of experience in development of Computer Languages, Protocol Testers, Operating Systems, Platforms, Database Packages, Development & Debugging Tools, Networking Protocols, Telecom Protocols, Configuration Management Tool and Scripting Languages.
Sukanta has worked with companies in the India and US which include rewarding stints, among others, with Siemens, Wipro, Telcordia Technologies, Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for several developments and successfully delivered products to global markets.
Sukanta’s excellence in performance has attracted recognition in form of myriad awards honored to him ranging from Bell Labs President’s Silver Award (2003), Group Award (2002) and Peer Award (2002) from Lucent Technologies (New Jersey, USA) for excellent teamwork, Divisional Award for the year 1999 - 2000 from C-DoT (New Delhi, India), to Divisional Award for Group Excellence for the year 1997 from C-DoT. |
